Sri SAM Satyanarayana garu was my neighbour Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, whom we knew since we constructed our house last 20 years back. He was a towering personality and a very affable person. I used to interact with him regularly till he was a residing here till few years back. His knowledge in banking was excellent. He also served as Secretary to the Central Board of SBI where he was instrumental in conducting board meetings in SBI and had the privilege to meet many RBI Board members, Industrialists who were members of the SBI board. He used to share many of incidents he came across during his tenure at SBI and I gained rich experience from it. He was a very humble person as many of us in the colony would have noticed it. Even for small things, he would appreciate people a lot and boost them! I spoke to him last month only and he was cheerful. We have lost a very nice person. May he attain Sadgati🙏🙏🙏 —
